Measurement & Suitability Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all measurements provided are accurate and that the chosen flooring product is suitable for the intended area. Whilst Liverpool Bespoke Flooring & Carpets offers free measure-ups, this service is provided as a guide only and does not remove the customer’s responsibility to confirm sizes, room layout, access requirements and suitability for their specific environment. We cannot accept refunds or exchanges for flooring that has been ordered, cut, or supplied based on incorrect measurements or changes of mind.
Access, Fitting & Property Considerations
Customers must ensure safe and reasonable access to the property and relevant rooms for the delivery and fitting of flooring products. This includes clear entry points, staircases, hallways and sufficient working space. Properties vary greatly in layout, structure and condition, and Liverpool Bespoke Flooring & Carpets cannot be held responsible for installation complications caused by restricted access, uneven subfloors, hidden defects, damp issues or pre-existing structural problems. Any additional work required due to unforeseen site conditions may incur extra charges, which will be discussed prior to continuation.
Faults, Damage & Quality Assurance
All flooring products supplied and installed by Liverpool Bespoke Flooring & Carpets are subject to quality checks prior to fitting. In the unlikely event that goods are found to be faulty or damaged, this must be reported immediately upon delivery or within 24 hours of installation. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange repair or replacement.
However, dissatisfaction based on personal preference relating to colour, texture, appearance or style once installed will not constitute grounds for a refund or replacement. All materials are supplied in accordance with the customer’s selected specifications and confirmed choices.
