Delivery Information
Liverpool Bespoke Flooring & Carpets provides reliable nationwide delivery for all flooring products, ensuring your order arrives safely and in excellent condition. All deliveries are handled by our trusted pallet courier partner, Pallex, who specialises in transporting heavy and oversized materials securely.
Nationwide Delivery Service
We currently offer UK-wide delivery only, with a fixed rate applied per order:
Nationwide Delivery Fee: £60
Delivery Method: Palletised courier service via Pallex
Coverage Area: Mainland UK (excluding remote offshore locations unless agreed in advance)
All flooring products are delivered kerbside as standard. This means the pallet will be delivered to the nearest safe and accessible point outside the property. The courier is not responsible for moving goods inside the premises.
Delivery Process & Timescales
Once your order is confirmed and ready for dispatch, you will be contacted with delivery details and a proposed delivery date. Delivery times may vary depending on stock availability, product type and location, but we aim to keep all customers informed throughout the process.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure:
Safe and clear access for large pallet delivery vehicles
Someone is available to receive and inspect the goods
Any parking restrictions or access limitations are communicated in advance
Failed delivery attempts due to access issues or absence may result in additional charges.
Inspection on Delivery
All goods must be inspected upon arrival. Any visible damage or discrepancies must be reported immediately at the point of delivery or within 24 hours. Failure to do so may affect our ability to raise a claim with the courier.
